Scott L. Healy, CPA, Partner

Scott joined firm in 1984 after graduation from Clarkson University with BS degree in accounting. He became a partner in 1994. Scott serves individual and business clients in many industries and professions including manufacturing, retail, construction/contractors, medical/dental and legal. In addition to the traditional accounting and auditing and income tax compliance and planning services, Scott also advises clients in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, small business succession planning, buy/sell agreements, business valuations, estate planning and computer systems - needs analysis, specifications and software implementation.

Scott is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA’s Information Technology Section and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA’s). Scott is a QuickBooks Professional Advisor and a professional member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Scott has served as treasurer of the Newark Public Library, treasurer and director of the Newark Country Club, member of the Chase Bank regional advisory board, director of the ViaHealth of Wayne Foundation, and belongs to the Newark Rotary Club where he has served as Club President and Treasurer.

Scott resides in the community of Gananda in Wayne County with his wife, Kim, and their three children, Danielle, Christopher and Melissa.
