Vince joined the firm in 1985 after working in both private and public accounting for a number of years. He was admitted as a partner to the firm in 1988. He received a BS degree in finance from the Syracuse University School of Management in 1977 and has taken numerous courses towards a Masters degree in accounting also at Syracuse. Vince serves individual and business clients in many industries and professions including manufacturing, retail, construction/contractors, transportation, medical/dental and legal. In addition to the traditional accounting, auditing and income tax services, Vince also services the firm’s not for profit clients. He also specializes in the area of estate and trust taxation.

Vince is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA’s Tax Section and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA’s). He has also served as an AICPA peer review group member.

Vince is currently a trustee of the Seneca Falls Savings Bank, a member of the Seneca Falls Rotary Club and a committee member of the Seneca County United Way. In the past, Vince has served as a member of the St. Patrick Church finance committee, the Chase Bank advisory board, treasurer of the Seneca Cayuga ARC, the Seneca Falls Historical Society board of trustees, and the Finger Lakes Family Council board of directors. In addition, Vince has also coached youth soccer.

Vince resides in the village of Seneca Falls, in Seneca County with his wife, Mary. They have four children, Jenna, Judy, Jamie and Vito.
